Classy Mansion
Classy Mansion is a sales center in Jinan, China, designed as an oriental style club. The interior covers about 1400 square meters and includes a tea room, a spa area, a gym, a lounge and several private dining rooms. Natural wood, landscape textured stone, antique bronze finishes, Suzhou embroidery and lacquerware are combined with low saturation tones. A sunken lounge holds a 16 meter interactive LED screen. Handcrafted screens and antiques add cultural depth. The layout balances privacy with open and fluid movement.
Classy Mansion Sales Center by Matrix Design was identified as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Classy Mansion Sales Center received the Platinum A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
